Venison ragout is made from 60% lean roe deer meat, fresh vegetables, spices, tomato pulp, onion, wine, garlic, lemon, salt and extra virgin olive oil.
All our products are without preservatives, thickeners, glutamate or other flavour enhancers. Gluten-free.

It is one of the most classic specialities of our territory and our catalogue, excellent for dressing pasta or for crostini.
It is supplied in a 180g jar.
Expiry date 36 months out of the fridge.
