Hare Ragout is a typical condiment of the Tuscan countryside, very popular in the 1960s and 1970s among those who made hunting a sport and an almost daily activity.

All our products are without preservatives, thickeners, glutamate or other flavour enhancers. Gluten-free.

Additional Information
Ragout made from hare meat should be used with pasta such as penne or pappardelle. But it also goes well with fresh tagliatelle and spaghetti. It only takes a few minutes to prepare it by heating the hare sauce in a frying pan over low heat, adding a few tablespoons of cooking water to the pasta, and once drained, toss it with the sauce. Decorate the dish with a sprig of parsley and add a sprinkling of Grana cheese.
