Aglione della Valdichiana sauce is a typical recipe from the Tuscan countryside, typical of the Arezzo area but widespread throughout the region.
All our products are without preservatives, thickeners, glutamate or other flavour enhancers. Gluten-free.

Additional Information
We produce it using Valdichiana Aglione, a large type of garlic, grown in the Val di Chiana area between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena and partly in the provinces of Perugia and Terni.
In the kitchen, it is used in many traditional Tuscan recipes. Sweeter and much less invasive than garlic, it is essential for seasoning the supreme pici all’aglione.
