Tuscan Cannellini Beans

Tuscan cannellini beans have a very thin skin, a delicate flavour and a tender texture. Ideal as a side dish for meat or fish dishes, for soups with cereals or for smooth soups.
Check and rinse in running water before use. Soak for 12 hours. Cook (3 parts water to 1 part product) for about 60 to 90 minutes (about 20/25 from the whistle if in a pressure cooker).
