His Majesty the Pecorino Toscano Stagionato. Matured for 3 months, it is produced with sheep’s milk from pastures in the Tuscan region or other neighbouring territories included in its specifications. Rich in tradition, it is world-famous for its fresh, mild flavour. When young, under its white-brown rind, this enchanting cheese has a sweet flavour and milky aroma, qualities that it loses as it matures in favour of a more intense and structured taste that gives it a surprising aromatic complexity.

Additional Information
Good on its own as a table cheese, it has endless possibilities for tasting, in hors d’oeuvres, enhancing it with honey, jam and caramelised fruit, or in tasty salads with the addition of extra virgin olive oil, or finally grated into a first course. Ideal for any occasion, accompany it with Tuscan red wines such as Chianti Classico, Morellino di Scansano or Brunello di Montalcino.

Produced with pasteurised sheep’s MILK, Volterra salt, rennet and indigenous cultures.
