Delivery times vary depending on the destination area, from 24 to 72 hours from the time of pick-up at the warehouse, which will be either Monday or Tuesday.

We will dispatch your order in 1 working day after receipt of payment, subject to stock availability. In the event that one or more items are not immediately available, we will notify you immediately and agree the possibility of partial shipment with you.
Once payment is received, we will entrust your goods to the Express Courier, whose approximate delivery time is 1-2 working days after collection, in most locations in Italy. Saturdays and public holidays should be disregarded for delivery times. Any delays incurred by the courier during transport are not our responsibility and shall not constitute grounds for withdrawal or entitlement to compensation.
Your products will be delivered during office
hours, to the address you have indicated on the order form: as it is not possible to agree a precise delivery time with the Express Courier, we advise you to use an address where someone will be available to receive the parcel. Remember to indicate both the exact house number and postcode of your area. The name you give us must always match the name or number on the intercom. When collecting the goods, always check that the number of packages listed on the transport document matches the number of packages ordered and that the packages delivered to you are undamaged.
FAILED DELIVERY COLLECTION
If, however, you or your representative are absent at the time of delivery, the Express Courier will leave a non-delivery notice which you can use to request a second free delivery attempt, in accordance with the terms set out in the notice, within the next 3 days. If the goods are not collected even on the second attempt, the Express Courier will hold the goods in its warehouse for three days. We hope that you will collect the goods: otherwise, we will be forced, with regret, to charge you additional costs for non-collection of the shipment.
